Policy: I understand that situations may arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule. If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify AYM Nails at least 24 hours before your scheduled time by calling or texting +1 (574) 213-2175. If you do not attend your appointment and fail to provide notice, you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. Please note that all deposits and payments are non-refundable. Deposits are applied towards your total service cost. You may reschedule your appointment once using your original deposit. Any additional rescheduling will require a new deposit and rebooking. In addition, there is a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive after this time, you may either continue your appointment with a $20 late fee or cancel.
