Cancellation Policy

AYM NAILS Appointment, Cancellation & Service Policy At AYM Nails, my goal is to provide a comfortable, personalized experience where you feel valued, understood, and confident. To ensure fairness, professionalism, and respect for all clients’ scheduled appointments, the following policies apply to all bookings. ⸻ Deposits All appointments require a deposit to secure the reserved appointment time. * Deposits are non-refundable. * Deposits are applied toward the final service total. * Deposits reserve appointment time and compensate for time held on the schedule. * By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to all AYM Nails policies. ⸻ Rescheduling Clients may reschedule an appointment one (1) time using the original deposit provided: * A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. * Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. * Any appointment rescheduled more than once will require a new deposit. * Deposits may not be transferred between clients. ⸻ Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your appointment: * A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. * Deposits remain non-refundable regardless of notice provided. * Repeated cancellations may result in future booking restrictions or refusal of service. ⸻ No-Show Policy A no-show occurs when: * A client fails to arrive for their appointment, or * A client arrives too late to reasonably complete the scheduled service, or * A client fails to communicate their absence. In the event of a no-show: * 50% of the remaining service balance will be charged to the card on file or invoiced for payment. * Future appointments may require full prepayment. * AYM Nails reserves the right to decline future bookings. ⸻ Late Arrival Policy Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late: * AYM Nails may reduce, modify, or decline services to maintain scheduling commitments. * A $20 late fee may be applied if services continue. * If the appointment must be cancelled due to lateness, the appointment will be treated as a no-show. ⸻ Service Modifications Service requests made after the appointment has begun may affect timing and pricing. AYM Nails reserves the right to: * Modify services based on available appointment time. * Decline designs or requests that cannot be completed safely or within the scheduled appointment. * Adjust pricing based on complexity, length, product usage, or additional services requested. ⸻ Satisfaction & Repairs Client satisfaction is important. If an issue related to workmanship occurs: * AYM Nails must be notified within 48 hours of the original appointment. * Photographs may be requested. * Repairs determined to be the result of workmanship may be corrected at no charge. * Damage resulting from accidents, improper aftercare, misuse, picking, biting, trauma, or normal wear is not considered a workmanship issue and may require a paid repair service. ⸻ Health & Safety AYM Nails reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if: * A client presents symptoms of contagious illness. * A nail or skin condition appears unsafe for service. * A service would compromise health, sanitation, or safety standards. For the safety of all clients, sanitation and disinfection procedures are strictly followed. ⸻ Refund Policy All services rendered are final. Due to the nature of beauty services: * No refunds are issued for completed services. * Refunds will not be granted based on personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with a design that was approved during the appointment. * Corrective services may be offered at AYM Nails’ discretion. ⸻ Children & Guests To maintain a relaxing and safe environment: * Additional guests are discouraged unless previously approved. * Children must remain supervised at all times. * AYM Nails reserves the right to end or refuse services if safety concerns arise. ⸻ Photography & Marketing Photographs and videos may be taken before, during, or after services. By receiving services at AYM Nails, you grant permission for images of completed work to be used for: * Portfolio purposes * Social media * Advertising * Marketing materials No personal identifying information will be shared without consent. ⸻ Right to Refuse Service AYM Nails reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or cancel services at any time for reasons including but not limited to: * Harassment * Threatening behavior * Disrespectful conduct * Repeated policy violations * Safety concerns * Failure to comply with salon policies ⸻ Acknowledgment By booking an appointment, paying a deposit, or receiving services from AYM Nails, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
